Telford .........

We are based in Telford, Shropshire a little known place on the Welsh border. The Branch was formed in September 2001. With an attendance of 12.

I first placed an advert in our local free paper and the response was excellent. The first phone call came from a publican offering the use of a free room and bar facilities. So, being a thinking Rfn. I nearly snatched his arm of. After that the phone did not stop.

Our membership is now mainly made up from the internet although we still have our monthly get together, where a hard core of between 10 and 12 of us meet up. This includes our very patient wives. We have now settled in a very nice venue central to us all.
